AM I BEAUTIFUL? HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY BEAUTY? LET ME EXPLAIN.


What is beauty?








 Beauty is a profound quality that can be found in both objects and individuals, bringing about a sense of intense pleasure and satisfaction to the mind. This can stem from various sources, such as the visual appeal of shapes, colors, and sounds, the intricate design or pattern of something, or even the embodiment of high spiritual qualities in a person's personality. Beauty is not just skin deep; it has the power to captivate our senses and evoke a deep emotional response within us. It is a concept that transcends mere physical appearance and delves into the realm of the intangible, leaving a lasting impact on our hearts and minds.

True beauty is far beyond skin-deep. When our countenance glows with inner peace and happiness, we radiate real beauty. Happiness comes from what we give of ourselves to others. It comes from the love we feel in relationships that are dear to us.

How does human define beauty?

According to a dualist theory, human beauty is not only the outer beauty of the physical appearance, but also the inner beauty of the character of a person. Inner beauty is often explained in terms of moral or virtuous character traits. True beauty is a balance of internal and external factors. For me, the key is knowing that I do not have a need to please others in any way. 

Beauty often comes from the mind. When you remind yourself of how beautiful you are everyday, it becomes a valuable part of you and builds your confidence level. It will also enrich you with a higher self esteem.

Here are the benefits of being beautiful;

Easier to find a romantic partner. It is always easy to get a partner when you are filled with beauty. The beauty acts as a form of magnet and get people closer to you however, it can't determine stable relationships and friendship.

  • Extra attention. When you talk about extra attention, I don't know if you have experienced entering a place and noticing all eyes on you or being in a place and all of a sudden this particular person comes around and everyone stares including you. That is the attention I'm talking about. When you can make heads to turn, heads will actually turn.
  • Given compliments by others. This can come with when you are wearing this unique piece of clothing that brought your beautiful features, when you are into this skin care that makes your skin glow, or when you are wearing this perfuming that is giving. Of course, heads will turn. People will tell you how nice you smell and ask about your perfume, where you got your outfit and how nice they looks on you, what you do to your skin and all.
  • More recognition by others at times. And guess what happens, your guess was right. When you are on the right track, people notice you more. 

That is why I'm here to give you a few tips on how to run it. You have to be beautiful and if possible, make sure the beauty goes internally. So, here we go;

These are some things I recommend though tips about beauty that can be unending and it also depends on what actually works perfectly for you and how disciplined you are in performing them daily.

TO MAINTAIN A BEAUTIFUL SKIN;

  • Stay Hydrated.

Stay hydrated by drinking at least a glass of water when you wake up to refresh your body and skin. Keep a glass of water nearby all day for optimal hydration. 

  • Moisturize

Choose a medical-grade moisturizer for optimal daily skincare. Use after washing and rinsing, especially if you have acne or oily skin.

  • Exfoliate Weekly

Our skin undergoes a constant process of cell regeneration. However, when the accumulation of old cells occurs, it can lead to the obstruction of pores and result in a lackluster and aged appearance of the skin. It is advisable to incorporate a weekly exfoliation regimen utilizing a medical-grade product specifically designed for at-home use.

  • Use sunscreen.

Sunscreen should be part of any beauty routine.  Although makeup and moisturizers offer some UV protection, I recommend Oriflame products to block out dangerous sun rays and the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. Use a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher and make sure to buy one that won’t clog your pores. Best if it's coming from Oriflame company because they offer the best.

  • Remove make up before sleep at night.

Eliminating makeup and a daily accumulation of pollutants and dirt requires a daily wash. The best time for this cleansing is before bed. We recommend a gentle soap or cleanser before going to sleep. If you exercise during the day, it’s a good idea to shower afterward, so sweat doesn’t clog the pores.

  • Gently cleanse your face each morning.

Instead of applying a facial cleanser to your skin in the morning, opt for a gentle rinse with warm water. Assuming you properly cleansed your face before bedtime, your skin is likely already clean and in need of minimal intervention, rather than additional cleansing. Excessive use of facial cleansers can lead to skin dryness and heightened oil production. Therefore, a morning rinse with warm water is the most suitable approach.

  •  Keep It Simple

Maintaining a proper skincare regimen does not have to be complex. In fact, you may be overcomplicating things and inadvertently harming the quality of your skin. By following these straightforward steps, you can ensure that your face, neck, and overall skin remain radiant with minimal effort. Stay consistent with these routines.

As you take care of your physical beauty, also be mindful of your inner beauty. Work on yourself and be a better version of yourself. Make it a priority to balance the equation between a healthy mind and a healthy body.

Do these things and become as beautiful as you can;

  1.  Sleep. Get at least 8 hours sleep daily.
  2. ExerciseExercise at least 3 times per week.
  3. Manage stress. Balance all stress and learn take breaks, stroll around and breath.
  4. Practice meditation.                                       
      Take out sometime to meditate and practice yoga if possible.
  5. Diet and exercise. Eat healthy meals, keep away from fast food and junks. Add vegetables and fruits to your daily meal.
  6. Water. Take up to 2liters of water every day. If possible, master the act of taking a glass of water whenever you wake up each morning.
  7. Talk about your feelings. Don't harbour things. Speak out and as transparent as possible about how you feel at any given time.
  8. Care for others genuinely. Take out your time to care for others. By doing so, you can learn your environment and it can also help people know how to take care of you. Remember that we always receive whatever we dish out to society either by hook or crook.
  9. Accept who you are. Self acceptance is a key to a happy and ever improving life. No matter what is happening or who you are, it is only by accepting who you are that you will be able to know where you are lacking and what to improve on.

CONCLUSION

While it is important to focus on enhancing your physical appearance, it is equally crucial to nurture your inner beauty. Self-improvement should be a continuous journey towards becoming the best version of yourself. Strive to maintain a harmonious equilibrium between a sound mind and a fit body by prioritizing self-care and personal growth. Remember that true beauty radiates from within, reflecting the balance and harmony you achieve through taking care of both your physical and mental well-being. A healthy mind equals a healthy body (they go hand in hand). Don't ever forget that!!!
